코리안저널은 1982년 11월 15일 Korean Community Journal Inc.로 텍사스 주정부에 법인등록을 마쳤으며 1984년 8월27일 Korean Journal N. Texas가 달라스 지역에 창간되어 텍사스 지역에서 가장 오랜 역사를 자랑하고 있습니다.

코리안 저널은 칼러판 및 흑백판 총 140 페이지 이상으 로 구성되어 있으며 수준 높은 기사, 폭 넓은 독자층을 확보하고 있는 명실 공히 북텍사스 지역 최고의 신문으로 독자들로부터 높은 관심과 사랑을 받고 있습니다.

KOREAN JOURNAL is a leading Korean-language publications company in Texas. We are a privately-owned publisher of free weekly newspaper in US. KOREAN JOURNAL is the oldest Korean Newspaper that was established in 1982 (Houston), 1984 (Dallas).

Since its inception in 1982, KOREAN JOURNAL has grown exponentially. It initially started out in Houston, Texas.

Currently, KOREAN JOURNAL cover State of Texas(Houston, Austin, San Antonio) by opening branch offices in Houston and North Texas. The company provides news services, advertising, and trading services to a large and diversified group of clients including multinational corporations, government agencies, emerging growth companies, and individual readers.

The weekly newspaper, KOREAN JOURNAL is distributed at no cost to the readers. The newspaper is available at such places as Korean bookstores, shops, fashion boutiques, Korean supermarkets, language schools, Korean owned restaurants, and travel agencies. The newspaper covers a variety of U.S. and Korean subjects, events, and news including business, education, law, science, politics, and entertainment. It is printed entirely in the Korean language.

There are 80,000 Korean populations in Dallas metroplex area and Korean Community. In these area, KOREAN JOURNAL is the STRONGEST and the most EFFICIENT and POPULAR newspaper with vast readers.
