Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
·Must be able to work independently using good judgment in a fast paced environment.
·Must be adept and comfortable with technology, social media, Outlook and all Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word.
·Proven experience in handling multiple priorities/multi-tasks and show results on a daily basis.
·Must show a quick turnaround attitude.
·Must have clear and pleasant phone and good customer service skills.
·Excellent organizational skills.
·Attention to detail.

Reuqired Education, Credentials and Experience:
·Bachelor's Degree (USA) required
·Must be Bilingual in English & Korean
·Experienced with technology and use of internet based systems.
·Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
·Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ability to manage tense customer situations to a satisfactory conclusion.
