Samsung Engineering America – Financial Analyst I/II Position
• Full-time, 9/80 work schedule
• Conduct monthly budget vs. actual analysis, variance explanation
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes
• Execute annual inter-company transaction
• Maintain inter-company billing settlement by quarterly basis reconciliation
• Maintains sublease contract and tenant status
• Communicate with sublease tenants for billing, annual expenses, and rental rates
• Assist project team with SAP system processing
• 3-5 years of financial analyst experience
• Proficiency in written and verbal Korean language skills a plus
